I had no motivation today. I barely moved off the couch until before supper. In other words, I did not eat until supper. Which was chicken and spinach.
For my exercises, I started with 35 pushups, then it was 130 crunches. Next up was the 45 second plank. Finally, it was 220 squats. I barely got through them.
I am blaming all the hormones in my body right now. I’m hoping to get it together for Tuesday.

That’s okay you need to do what feels right for you. Glad you’re taking care of you. Eating all 3 meals is overrated.
