Day Two

So I’m writing this on Day Three because my day two post disappeared from my drafts. So here is the quick notes.

I followed the Whole30 all day, with eggs for breakfast, chicken for lunch and a chicken salad for supper.

I did my workouts, but I did not meet my step goal. This was mostly because I was extremely tired yesterday. I even had a nap on my afternoon break.
