This blog was and still is going to be about the things I’m passionate about. However, to create a habit, I’m going to be blogging every day for the next 30 days as I also am doing a 30 day fitness challenge and the Whole 30 diet. So every day I will have 4 work outs to do: squats, crunches, push ups and the plank. I will also be talking about what I ate in accordance to the Whole 30 diet. Finally, I will follow up with a blogging challenge.
